Display current/total loop count

At the moment only the total count is displayed and only for certain looping element (click element loop).
We need to add the current loop position vs total number of values.
Starting by default with 1/XX and increment it every the RUN button is clicked.
Add this for all Looping elements including List Variable using file import.
